Beginner yoga with Eliza: This class introduces yoga poses and theory. It is great for beginners or someone who wants stress release. We focus on breathing techniques, foundation of body alignment and gradually build up to more challenging poses which are suitable for beginners. Modified poses will be taught for students who have health issues, e.g. back problem, or limited flexibility. The atmosphere is relaxing and fun. Strength and health will improve as the class continues.

Yoga with Kids - Children as well as adults are under more stress in today's society. This class is a great 1-hour for an adult to spend with their child or grandchild for fun and bonding. It allows adults to let go and learn to enjoy being a child again, practicing fun yoga poses to work towards better health. It let’s children release their stress and improve their focus for studying in school.
